T&C made their way to Galaxy Hotel in Macau as DFS unveiled the latest edition of its First Class Beauty Campaign
Running throughout August across Hong Kong and Macau, “Run the Show, Define Your Glow” transformed the space into an energetic social scene where luxury beauty meets live music, interactive experiences, and a crowd that was genuinely there to have fun.
For a generation that values experiences just as much as products, beauty today is no longer about simply buying the latest lipstick or serum. It’s about discovering brands in a way that feels interactive, social and personal.
DFS is embracing that energy by turning beauty discovery into a moment worth celebrating. Marking the 12th anniversary of its annual First Class Beauty campaign, DFS unveiled “Run the Show, Define Your Glow” with an exclusive Beauty Night Out at Galaxy Macau on 1 August, launching a month-long celebration of beauty, creativity, and self-expression across Hong Kong and Macau. DFS is bringing together more than 30 of the world’s leading beauty, fragrance, and skincare brands through exclusive activations and limited-time rewards designed to make every visit feel memorable.

The campaign opened with the “Beauty Night Out”, an exclusive party that welcomed loyal customers and guests into an immersive space filled with live entertainment, interactive games, beauty workshops and one-night-only experiences. Visitors were encouraged to explore, experiment, and engage with their favourite brands in a more meaningful way.
Adding to the excitement was actress and former Miss Hong Kong Grace Chan, whose appearance drew eager crowds throughout the evening. Elegant yet approachable, Chan embodied the campaign’s message of confidence and individuality, reminding guests that beauty is ultimately about expressing yourself rather than fitting into someone else’s definition.

Alongside her appearance, prestige beauty brands including Dior, Estée Lauder, La Mer, La Prairie, Lancôme, and Yves Saint Laurent unveiled immersive experiences that invited guests to discover products through personalised consultations and interactive moments.
Among the highlights were two signature beauty journeys. Yves Saint Laurent Beauty’s “Glam Up” experience encouraged bold self-expression through makeup masterclasses and fragrance discoveries, while Lancôme’s “Glow Up” journey focused on skincare consultations and luxurious hand massage rituals that celebrated healthy, radiant skin. Rather than presenting beauty as one-size-fits-all, both experiences reflected the growing shift towards individuality and self-care.
The celebration continues throughout August with exclusive travel sets, gifts-with-purchase and interactive in-store activations across DFS locations in Hong Kong and Macau. Customers spending HKD 888 or MOP 888 or more can also unlock campaign rewards and enter for the chance to win prizes from a multi-million-dollar reward pool, adding another reason to stop by while travelling or exploring the city.
After twelve years, First Class Beauty has become much more than an annual campaign. As beauty retail continues to evolve, DFS’s First Class Beauty campaign shows that the future of shopping is about the moments, memories, and connections made along the way.
