April 23 marked a significant moment where the T&C took over Park Lane Hotel for the highly anticipated launch of Issue 4. Titled “To Future Me,” this edition brought together a dynamic crowd of Hong Kong creatives, entrepreneurs, artists, and influencers, all gathered to explore the possibilities of what lies ahead.
Aligning with the magazine’s theme, the dress code leaned towards futurism, inviting an array of bold silhouettes, extravagant accessories, and metallic accents to adorn the guests. The silver carpet shimmered under the lights, perfectly mirroring the night’s vision of forward-thinking fashion and personal evolution. As attendees made their entrances, they were invited to reflect on their own journeys—sharing dreams, ambitions, and letters to their future selves during a series of on-camera interviews that added a deeply personal touch to the celebration.

A major highlight of the evening was the spotlight on innovative fashion brands that partnered with Terms and Conditions for the launch, bringing their unique interpretations of futurism to life. Among the standout collaborators were:
● Bondi Swim, a Hong Kong-based swimwear brand championing functionality and style for athletes with pieces that fuse comfort and bold personality.
● ZIDI, a contemporary luxury label launched in 2024 by Nathan Moy, whose designs fuse sustainability with futuristic silhouettes and themes of identity and deconstruction.
● IVISION, led by Ian Chang, who brought his cutting-edge menswear vision to the event—merging traditional tailoring with 3D printing and boundary-pushing design.
● MXLAA, a branding and consultancy agency that has been instrumental in nurturing emerging designers, fostering B2B opportunities, and guiding fashion entrepreneurs toward their full potential.
● Wasted Potential Management, a dynamic creative agency that helped amplify the message of the night through cultural storytelling and youth-focused branding.
The energy soared throughout the night, thanks to show-stopping performances by dancers Arah, Kai, and Lewis, and DJ sets by Tsenami and Benny, who kept the pulse of the evening high. But it wasn’t just entertainment that captured attention—the event also served as a platform for community and purpose. Moving speeches from Harry Okami, founder of WPM Management, and Farouk Moudni, founder of the Moudni Foundation, highlighted their shared passion for supporting the creative and cultural fabric of Hong Kong. Both spoke powerfully about their hopes for the city and the next generation of talent.

The Afterparty: A Futuristic Toast at Artifact
As the main event wound down, the celebration continued into the night at Artifact, one of Central’s most stylish underground bars. In collaboration with acclaimed bartender Nish, the afterparty offered a specially curated cocktail experience—one that captured the theme of futurism with innovative blends and refined flavors. With sleek interiors and an intimate atmosphere, guests were able to connect more deeply, ending the night with meaningful conversations and shared visions of what’s next.
With Gratitude
Any and all of these events would not be possible without this community we are continuing to build. A heartfelt thank you goes to Editor-in-Chief Kat Tse, whose clarity of vision and deep commitment to storytelling continue to elevate Terms and Conditions with each issue. Special thanks go to all of the creatives who have worked with T&C and continue to support this movement, as well as the core team — Sam Wong, YK, Hepsi, Matthew Ng, Vitalina and Jasmin Sin — whose dedication and creativity brought this edition and celebration to life.
With a special thanks to MXLAA for their vision, guidance, and unwavering support of emerging creatives.
The future is wide open. And as Issue 4 reminds us: the best way to predict it is to invent it.
