New Year, New Me. 

I’ve got to be leaner

       and I’ve got to be a better learner. 

                and I’ve got to learn how to cook. 

                        and I’ve got to make more money. 

                               and I’ve got to dress better. 

                                    and I’ve got to get on that skincare routine.

                                                    and I’ve got to learn three languages. 

                                                             and I’ve got to be less materialistic.

                                                                       and I’ve got to gain ten inches. 

                            I just have to be 

                   More. 

Why? You ask?

So I can attract more.  

So I can be more. 

More is more. How can more not be more? 

Yet, enough is never enough.

This year, I’ll be more 

thoughtful. 

Next year, I’ll be less 

forgetful.

Self-improvement is masturbation.

Now, 

self-destruction?
